Esther Polak invited ten specialists of the sea at Scheveningen lighthouse to tell her about their personal relation with the sea. A marathon session of 24 hours. Each guest looks at the sea from another angle and explaines this.
In August and September 2004 the resulting one hour radio program (Dutch only) was broadcasted day and night via a specially installed radio transmitter. The range of the radio station circled the lighthouse that became once again centre of a signal, auditory now.
In collaboration with Chris Bajema, Quirijn Kuchlein, Ivar van Bekkum, Jacqueline Heerema and Museum Scheveningen.
